BZAS’S primary goal in providing veterinary hospital Design-Build services is to understand the goals and the practice philosophy of the Doctors.

Our services include site selection, design criteria and analysis, site plan development, code research, financial consulting, loan procurement and existing facility surveying.

• We review local building codes and practices as well as evaluate qualifications of local subcontractors;
• We prepare a competitive budget and maintain the budget through construction;
• Our Project Manager maintains a full time status on site during construction and Project completion is achieved earlier.

We execute and manage the construction process from concept through completion.
